Sports
Indulge in the invigorating experience of a Sports Massage, designed to loosen tight muscles with deep tissue, point work, and myofascial release. During these sessions, only firm to deep pressure is applied. Includes: Aromatherapy Hot Himalayan Salt Stones, and Cupping.
Prenatal
Pregnancy can be a time of constant giving, and this treatment is my way of nurturing expectant mothers who often experience anxiety, discomfort, and fatigue. This session includes calming lavender aromatherapy to further enhance relaxation and ease your senses. Includes: Aromatherapy Hot Himalayan Salt Stones, and Cupping.
Swedish
Indulge in the soothing experience of a dreamy Swedish Massage, designed to melt away stress with light, fluid strokes. During these sessions, only medium pressure is applied to gently lower your heart rate, encourage deep breathing, and heighten awareness of touch. Includes: Aromatherapy Hot Himalayan Salt Stones, and Cupping.
Deep Tissue
In this session you'll receive a full body deep tissue massage, with emphasis on targeting specific areas of focus. Please note, this treatment involves a deeper pressure and may leave you sore the following day. Includes: Aromatherapy Hot Himalayan Salt Stones, and Cupping.

Hello, I’m Kandis Geide! Originally from California’s Central Valley, I’ve always felt grateful for the communities that shaped both my life and career. My journey into massage therapy began on the playing field—years of water polo, swimming, and soccer taught me the importance of recovery and the powerful role massage plays in healing and performance. That athletic background gave me a deeper understanding of how the body moves, recovers, and sometimes aches. Today, I bring that knowledge to every session, tailoring treatments to meet each client’s unique needs—whether it’s easing sore muscles, relieving tension, or simply creating space to relax and recharge. Since moving to Monterey, I’ve fallen in love with the beauty and warmth of the Monterey Peninsula and the incredible community here. It’s an honor to share my passion for wellness in a place that inspires me every day. Whether you’re here for a targeted sports massage or a calming escape from daily stress, my goal is to make you feel cared for, restored, and ready for whatever’s next.
