Cancellation Window

Cancel or reschedule free of charge any time up to 12 hours before your session. We're flexible — life happens.

Same-Day Cancellations

Cancellations made less than 12 hours before your session, or no-shows, will forfeit the full payment for your reserved service. This protects availability for all clients.

Why This Matters

Protecting Availability for Everyone

When a session is booked, that time slot is reserved exclusively for you — which means other clients who wanted that appointment were turned away. Late cancellations and no-shows make it impossible to offer that time to someone else who genuinely needed it.

This policy allows us to continue offering same-day availability and flexible scheduling for the clients who count on it. We appreciate your understanding — it helps us serve everyone better.

Booking Policy

Scheduling & Lead Time

We accept bookings 7 days a week from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Same-day appointments are available with a minimum of 2 hours lead time, subject to availability.

For the best availability, we recommend booking a few days in advance — especially for evenings and weekends.
Same-day bookings accepted with at least 2 hours lead time. We respond to all requests same day.
What's Included

What We Bring to Every Session

We arrive fully equipped for a complete spa-quality experience. You don't need to prepare anything — just clear a small space for the table and therapist to set up comfortably.

Professional massage table, fresh plush linens, high-quality skin-conditioning oils, and all equipment.

Choose your service, date, time, and location. We confirm your appointment same day and handle everything from there.

We Arrive

Kandis arrives with the professional table, linens, oils, stones, and all equipment. Setup takes just a few minutes.

Your Session

Professionally draped at all times for complete privacy. Every technique and adjustment is tailored to you throughout.

We Pack Up

We leave your space exactly as we found it. All you have to do is rest and enjoy the results of your session.
